We are looking for a photographer / videographer who can do regular shoots in DTLA.
This individual owns the entire video process from shooting, editing to final delivery across multiple channels...
Capable of concepting, directing, producing, lighting, executing, and editing all videos for the brand, especially for social channels
Must be an expert in digital video and understand all nuances across different video platforms, colour grading a plus.
Always has an eye on the larger goals of the video and how each video created impacts KPIs
Has a strategic POV on emerging platforms such as TikTok and Reels and how they can be leveraged for audience growth and engagement. Working closely with creative and marketing leads to help strategize new video content ideas
Involved in monthly social evergreen shoots
Will work collaboratively with teammates to develop new video production processes and workflows
Work with Social Media manager to ensure specs and materials are correct, timelines are met, and delivery is assured
A minimum of 7+ years of experience in video editing and production
A portfolio of compelling video work across social and digital campaigns that showcases color grading, motion graphics, and audio.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and (knowledge of Davinci Resolve and Adobe Audition is a plus)

Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be highly collaborative with ability to understand the objectives of all cross-functional partners and work toward a final video that meets that need and upholds the creative integrity of the brand
Strong work ethic and personal accountability
