The Coupa Marketing Team is in search of an exceptional video producer to help further amplify our brand stories and video production. The ideal candidate is a great storyteller who has the skills and passion to tell compelling stories through video and animation. He/she will maintain ongoing creative partnerships with our team, customers and other stakeholders to best structure narratives, meet their objectives, and create engaging content. Candidates should be able to infuse our company values and messaging in a variety of long and short-form content such as customer stories, social videos, films, event media, and more.


Function as a producer/editor creating video content that brings our brand to life through storytelling.Project manage video projects including: Customer, Brand, Product, and lead generation videos.Partner with content marketing and design to develop videos that showcase our customer stories in a compelling way. This includes crafting a narrative and producing/editing the video.Support development of video programming tied to our annual customer conferences, global summits and field events.Help drive overall video strategy and manage media assets and archiving on all company projects.


  • Minimum 5 years' experience with video production from start to finish including: writing scripts, project management, creative direction, and production logistics.
  • A portfolio of your multimedia work with a summary of your contributions on collaborative projects
  • Must be able to think in a conceptual and executional manner, to tell visual stories and push boundaries.
  • Proficiency with industry standard production equipment such as cameras, microphones, lights, etc.
  • Must be proficient in HD/4k video workflow, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and have solid technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of interviewing/green screen techniques and all aspects of post-production.
  • Must have excellent time management and project management skills in order to multitask and beat deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reporting and/or interviewing skills - being a strong listener.
  • Maintain quality and adherence to brand standards.
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate with vendors.Comfortable working with a team and receiving feedback from various stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel for select projects and company events.
  • Help with other in-house marketing team duties as needed.
  • Naturally curious and interested in gaining a rich understanding of business practicesand related topics
  • Experience collaborating with Demand Generation teams to create a nurture strategy
  • Experience managing an editorial calendar of various topics/audiences

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

  • Based in Colorado: $79,500-93,500
  • Based in New York: $89,000-104,500
  • Based in New Jersey: $89,000-104,500

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
